I ordered a 2017-2027 journal, but got a 2019. I made numerous calls and sent lots of emails. But never received a response. So I ordered a 2017 again about a month ago. Nothing has been delivered and there has been no response from the seller.

This is my 2nd 10 year journal. The book gives you just enough room to write a little about each day, with extra room if it's been an eventful one.

This product is excellent. It is high quality and much to my amazement the price did not change in the 10 years since I bought my second one.

Twenty-two years ago, my sister gave me one of these journals. I absolutely loved it, and after I completed that first one, I bought another, and then this year, my third one. For anyone who loves to journal, or who keeps records of a hobby or activity, there is no better journal than this. There is nothing quite as special as having a decade (plus one year!) as a permanent record of memories which you have kept throughout those years.
The size allotted for each daily entry is just right, in my opinion, and makes keeping the journal less of a chore, more of a joy. And if you need more room, there are plenty of extra pages in the back of the journal designed just for that. I never did all of them, but am glad there are plenty to use for the continuation of daily entries.
I think in this day and technological age, one doesn't need pages dedicated to names/addresses/telephone numbers, but those are included, too. I've never used them.
I love the addition of the planning pages for each year, where you can record what you plan to do on one side of the page, and then at the end year, record what happened. The blank monthly calendar page (delineated by each year) and the blank page preceding the month, can be used for quick reference or whatever you want. There are two ribbons for page placement. This journal is highly adaptable for any type of record keeping.
However, I did notice a slight difference in the journal itself. All and all it looks about the same, but the cover material isn't quite as nice or as supple as the previous two. The paper itself feels a little different too, but I think it is of the same quality as previous journals. I use a Sharpie fine point pen, and my writing hasn't bled through. The format is exactly the same, fortunately, as the previous two.
The first journals held up beautifully for their entire eleven-year duration, even with daily use. I'm hoping this remains true, and believe it will.
In summation, I love these journals and am so glad that they continue to be published on an annual basis. I highly recommend that you start your own tradition of using one to keep track of your memories.
